Your mission

Ensure all manufacturing stages of our Ferdinand Berthoud movements, while respecting deadlines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Share and transmit technical know‑how to colleagues within the workshop.
• Perform pre‑assembly, assembly, adjustment, and casing‑up operations.
• Carry out technical checks and inspections.
• Identify needs and perform repairs related to after‑sales service.
• Conduct self‑inspection and ensure quality consistency.
• Guarantee traceability and provide quality feedback on delivered products.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Support the integration of new products.

Your Background & Skills

• CFC in watchmaking or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience working on complicated mechanical movements.
• Excellent dexterity and strong visual acuity.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Respect for procedures, with tact and diplomacy.
