Your mission

To execute traditional hand‑decoration and anglage processes on components of Ferdinand Berthoud manufacture movements

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform anglage and polishing of edges, stretching of contours, and polishing of mouldings
• Carry out softening, straight graining (trait tiré), micro‑bead blasting, and blocked polishing
• Execute any other decorative techniques developed internally or externally
• Ensure self‑inspection and quality control of finished components

Your Background & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the decoration of high‑end, small watchmaking components
• Excellent manual dexterity and strong visual acuity
• Versatility
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work independently with a strong team spirit
