Your mission
To execute traditional hand‑decoration and anglage processes on components of Ferdinand Berthoud manufacture movements
Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform anglage and polishing of edges, stretching of contours, and polishing of mouldings
- Carry out softening, straight graining (trait tiré), micro‑bead blasting, and blocked polishing
- Execute any other decorative techniques developed internally or externally
- Ensure self‑inspection and quality control of finished components
Your Background & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the decoration of high‑end, small watchmaking components
- Excellent manual dexterity and strong visual acuity
- Versatility
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work independently with a strong team spirit
